Friendship bracelets for those who roam

More About Compass Club
Our Story
Compass Club originated 08/18/2022 at the River Front Park in Garden City, ID when our granddaughter Evy was approached by the Mother of a fellow classmate who commented on the necklace Evy was wearing that morning. Evy and I (her Papa) made the first necklaces at home the week before school started, and decided if anyone liked them enough to comment on them, we would make the parent and the student each a necklace, same style necklace as Evy's, in the colors of their choice. Evy presented the hand-made necklaces that very next day to her classmate and her Mother, and all the other first grade students waiting in line for school to start, wanted one too. Although the necklaces took time and a lot of work, Evy and I decided to develop Slipknot bracelets that we could make for all the first grade students at her school, and add an additional feature that included a compass within each bracelet. The Slipknot bracelets were a huge success with all the first-grade students, teachers, and their parents. Compass Club was born that day, and has been going strong ever since. We continued to develop new designs and types of paracord bracelets, and enjoy planning fun outdoor activities for the kids to use and learn how to navigate with their compasses. The best thing about this club is the friendship building and the collaboration among the children to create new things and to learn how to work together. Welcome ALL to Compass Club of Idaho!
